About Lonnie

I grew up on the west coast having mostly resided and raising my family in Wilton, CA. I now currently reside with my fiancé in Rancho Murieta, CA.

When I'm not immersed in the world of 1031 Exchanges, you can find me indulging in my passions outside of work. I have a deep love for tennis, both as a player, instructor, coach, and former owner of the professional tennis team the Sacramento Capitals. I relish the challenges and camaraderie tennis offers.

My family holds a special place in my heart, and I cherish every moment I get to spend with my loving fiancé, children, and the joy of my life – my grandkids. Together, we make unforgettable memories, whether it's through family outings, gatherings, or just enjoying quality time together.

Additionally, I find solace and rejuvenation in the great outdoors. Particularly enjoying weekends away at the cabin at Donner Lake in the Sierra Nevadas. Nature's beauty and tranquility have a way of refreshing my spirit and invigorating my mind. These passions, along with my dedication to 1031 Exchanges, define the balance and fulfillment in my life.
